A tracking number and invoice will be
issued for each shipment, please provide an email address. You
may go to www.ups.com
or www.usps.com
to track your order. USPS will be utilized for shipment to United
States military addresses. Sorry, we do not ship international
at this time. We do not ship alcoholic beverages, pork, pork
by-products or fruit to military bases.
Note: Gifts containing
chocolate(s) or fruit will only be shipped during the fall and
winter months unless the delivery is local or overnight shipment
is requested. If overnight shipment is not requested, we will
substitute the chocolates with an equal or greater value item.
Fruit and Chocolate baskets shipped overnight
will incur an additional charge. Baskets will be wrapped in
cold packs; however, it is suggested that you ensure the recipient
is available to receive the delivery. Perishable items are not
returnable.

We do not utilize drop shipments; all orders will be shipped
from our premises.
Undeliverable Items
Please ensure that you have a complete
shipping address prior to placing your order. This includes
the correct zip code. If your gift is being delivered to a college
campus please ensure that the student’s dorm, room, and
telephone number are included in the address. An apartment number
should be included if applicable. If you are shipping to a business,
please include the department, floor, and a phone number of
the recipient.
Undeliverable shipments will be subjected
to ALL shipping charges incurred, and a $15.00 restocking fee.
Your credit card will be refunded the difference. Again, food
items are not returnable; therefore, you will be charged the

Local Deliveries
We will deliver gift baskets and diaper
cakes to hospitals in our local area. We offer free delivery
to City Hospital. Jefferson County Memorial, Winchester Medical
and Washington County Memorial will incur a $10.00 delivery
fee.
We will not be responsible for untimely
or undeliverable items to other hospitals. Please ensure that
you have the correct shipping information, and the patient is
available to accept the gift.
Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is foremost. If you
are displeased with your order, you may return the item(s) within
15 days in its original condition with an insured carrier. We
will replace the item or issue a refund minus shipping fees.
This policy applies to non-food gift baskets, items from The
Elegant Baby Boutique, and diaper cakes.
Damaged Shipments
Damaged shipments must be reported immediately
to Giggles & Sugar Kisses via email. Please include your
tracking number. We will contact the carrier, and notify you
of the procedures to return the item. A full refund will be
given or a replacement shipped once the damaged item is received
on our premises.

Substituting Merchandise
Giggles & Sugar Kisses reserves the
right to substitute merchandise in gift baskets and diaper cakes.
Our supplier's inventory changes rapidly; therefore, we may
not be able to obtain or have in stock all items shown. We will
not compromise on quality; all substitutes will be of equal
or greater value.
Sales Tax
In accordance with state law, sales tax
of 6% will be added to all orders with WV addresses.
